Twelve restaurants are offering up to 50% off in January 2026, helping customers enjoy a fun evening out this month without breaking the bank. Despite January being a time when people typically cut back on spending after the Christmas season has drained their funds, these 12 restaurants offer a place to enjoy a hearty meal without worrying about the bill.
January often brings big sales, from home appliances to trendy coats. Even so, people sometimes overlook the opportunity to maximise these discounts through dining. If you’re looking to save on a meal this month, here are the chains offering the best discounts.

Bella Italia
Bella Italia has revived its annual tradition of £5 pasta dishes, available from now until January 29, 2026. The offer is available every day from 12pm and applies to most pasta dishes from their à la carte menu, like their Carbonara, Pomodoro Mozzarella, Bolognese and Pollo Cacciatore dishes.
If you fancy a different pasta dish, options like the Gamberoni, Beef Tortellini, Marco Polo, and Bella Italia’s Signature pasta are all available with a £2.49 supplement. To claim, simply quote “£5 pasta” to your server.
Frankie & Benny’s
At Frankie & Benny’s, you can choose a pizza or burger for a reasonable £5, also available every day from 12pm until January 29, 2026. These include favourites like their Central Park Burger, BBQ Chicken Pizza and Mac Daddy burger.
For £2.49, you can supercharge your £5 burger or pizza with options like the Cajun Chicken Alfredo Calzone, Steakhouse Burger, Manhattan Calzone, Roasted Veg Calzone, Doublestack Burger or Calizza (half calzone and half pizza).
To claim, simply mention the code word “£5 favourites” to your server.
Gaucho
At Gaucho, customers can enjoy a £10 two-course menu when dining between 12-4pm. You can choose from dishes like the minestrone soup and pan-fried haddock, and no voucher or code is needed.
The offer is available until the end of the month.

All Bar One
If you register as a free All Bar One member on its app or website, you can get 50% off mains and small plates on Sunday to Friday until Thursday, January 29.
Just ask to scan your QR code at any All Bar One, excluding The O2 and airport sites.
Prezzo
With Prezzo’s discount, customers can get 40% off food from 12pm every day except Saturdays, until February 9, 2026. The offer can only be used once and is available to a maximum of 12 people per bill.
To get the deal, you’ll need to show a QR code. You can get this by either downloading the free Club Prezzo app or by signing up for their email offers online.
Pizza Express
Pizza Express is offering one main course for £1 when you buy a full-price main course. The discount runs until January 29, 2026, and you will need to sign up for the Pizza Express Club and download the app to claim the offer.
Customers can claim the discount on any day, and qualifying items for £1 include their Classic pizzas, Leggera pizzas, Salads and Al Forno dishes. Qualifying full-price items include Classic, Leggera and Romana pizzas, Salads and their Al Forno dishes.
If you want to upgrade each qualifying pizza to a Romana base, you can do so by applying the ‘Buy one main, get a Romana pizza for £2.95’ offer, showing on the app or PizzaExpress Delivery and Collection platform via the website.

Bar + Block
The steakhouse chain is offering selected mains for £10 from Monday to Friday, until 5pm each day. Options like their Steak and Frites or the Open Club Sandwich are available for this offer, as well as upgrading options like adding Garlic King Prawns to the Bar + Block House Salad.
IKEA restaurant
By joining the IKEA family for free, customers can enjoy meals for 99p. These include meals from their breakfast to falafel with couscous. Becoming a member allows you to get their FLÖJT teas for £1.65 and children eat for 95p.
The deal is valid until Friday, January 30, excluding weekends, and you can sign up via their website.
Côte Brasserie
With their Happiest Menu, customers can enjoy two courses for £15 or three courses for £19 at the chain until January 31, 2026. The offer is available from 12pm during weekdays and excludes bank holidays.
Dishes like steak frites, grilled sea bream and potted crab are all available under this saver set menu.

Pre-booking at Las Iguanas means bottomless tapas from £17 per person until 30 January 2026. The offer is available from Sunday to Friday, and the last bookable slot is 5pm on Fridays. Dishes include padrón peppers, loaded nachos, chicken wings, tacos, patatas bravas, calamares and more.
You can book a table for a maximum of six people, and everyone at the table must participate.
Banana Tree
At South-east Asian kitchen, Banana Tree, customers can get a laksa or ramen for £6.95, saving more than £8. The offer runs Sunday to Thursday until January 29.
Young’s Pubs
Until 27 February 2026, customers can get two courses for £19 or three courses for £23. The offer is available on weekdays and offers mains like Chicken chasseur and desserts like Bramley apple and Yorkshire rhubarb crumble.
