Mrs Hinch shares 10-minute airfryer recipe for nachos

Mrs Hinch is known for sharing her handy cleaning tips, but she’s recently turned her attention to food.

After all, when you’re an expert in all things around the home, you’re sure to be a whizz in the kitchen. In a recent TikTok video, she showed how people can whip up some nachos in the airfryer – a gadget that’s taken Britain by storm recently.

If you’re looking for a treat, it’s the perfect recipe to try as it’s sure to be a crowd pleaser – and it only takes a few minutes to bung all the ingredients together.

In the clip you see her adding some tortilla chips to the bottom of a lined tray before adding some vegetables like onions and peppers, though you could pretty much use whatever you fancy. She then tops it off with some cheese to get that oozy, crispy topping.

After adding a little sweet chilli sauce on top, she pops it all into the airfryer to cook at 180C. That’s all it takes to whip up the dish in a hurry.

Once cooked, she breaks the mixture apart with a fork and tops it with some guacamole and sour cream. From here, it’s all ready for people to tuck in and enjoy the dish.

In true Mrs Hinch fashion, she sets up the living room ready to relax and indulge in the tasty snack. With a big bowl of nachos in hand, she makes it look like the perfect night in, and it really makes people want to cosy up.

In a previous video, she said you only need to cook the nachos for 10 minutes, so it’s a super speedy meal. Her followers were also quick to share their thoughts on the recipe too.

People wanted to know what other sauces they could use on top, and how they could jazz their nachos up in different ways.

One person said: “I’d 100% add much more cheese.” Another replied: “I have done something very similar – delish.”

A third added: “That looks incredible.” Meanwhile, a fourth commented: “OMG. Looks fab.”

Many admitted it looks “delicious”, though one or two worried the tortillas may go soggy. Some also didn’t like the addition of chilli sauce, so admitted they would try and swap it for something else.

It’s fair to say it’s a pretty easy recipe that you could tweak to your liking. When it only takes 10 minutes to whip up a meal, it’s worth a try.
