Hotel Casa Sur’s manager called the police and told the operator: “We have a guest drunk with drugs and alcohol. When he [them, gender not clear in conversation] is conscious he is breaking everything in the room.”

After checking the location of the hotel, the manager said: “We need [you] to send someone with urgency because I don’t know if the guest’s life is in danger because he is in a room with [a] balcony, and we are afraid he could do something that threatens [his] life.”

Asked how long the guest had been staying in the hotel, the manager said “three days” and said they did not have any further information because they could not get into the room.

The operator said they were notifying the Medical Emergency Attention Service (SAME) and the hotel manager reiterated their request: “We are asking [you] to send someone with urgency.”
