When it comes to Christmas shopping, I prefer the convenience of purchasing almost everything online in one go. Few retailers offer such a wide array of gift options, but health and beauty giant Boots strikes a balance between quality, value for money, and variety.

As someone who’s been tracking shopping deals since 2022, and having spent four years behind the Boots counter previously, I recently had a sneak preview of the Boots festive showcase to identify the must-have items.

This year, the high-street retailer has unveiled arguably its most impressive range yet. Boots has introduced 56 new gifting brands including Amika, Paul Smith, Made by Mitchell, and White Fox Beauty. Plus, to help beauty lovers shop affordably this Christmas almost half of Christmas gifts are priced under £10, Little Luxuries are back, priced £30 and under, and the much-loved Star Gifts return for 2025 with over 300 Star Gifts and nearly 200 at better than half price.

Whether customers are hunting for presents for their mum, dad, siblings, pre-teens or even grandparents, there truly is something for everyone,  reports the Mirror. From luxury beauty boxes to exclusive beauty icons sets and the return of Star Gifts, here are the standout deals that promise significant savings and guaranteed joy on December 25.

Boots x Nars Beauty Icons Set – £35, worth £76.44

New for 2025, Boots has introduced their Beauty Icons sets, which will feature 16 branded beauty sets released for £35 in the run-up to Christmas. Each Friday sees a brand new gift set launch from top brands like Redken and Sculpted By Aimee, but my top pick for the season is this NARS set. Valued at over £76, it’s priced at £35, saving a total of £41.44.

Featuring three NARS cult favourites, this set is ideal for those who love the brand or enjoy makeup but don’t often splurge on more expensive brands. Inside, there’s a NARS Afterglow Lip Balm in the shade Orgasm, NARS Mini Light Reflecting Pressed Setting Powder and NARS The Multiple in the shade Orgasm Crave – products and shades that will suit everyone.

It’s a gift that’s sure to be loved, however, only one of the items is full sized, with two travel sizes that might leave shoppers wanting the full product, especially if they fall in love with one of the shades. If NARS feels too pricey, No7 also has impressive holiday gift sets at Boots this year. The No7 Pro Artist Shimmer and Glow Gift Set features an eye palette, liquid blush and highlighter/bronzer compact for £20.

K Beauty Skincare Box – £28, worth £89.03

Although not officially part of the Christmas gifting range, Boots also offers a number of beauty boxes that are essentially ready-made beauty and skincare hampers – and the K Beauty Skincare Box is a fantastic sampler of trending Korean skincare.

Perfect for K beauty enthusiasts looking to add some new products to their routine, or ideal to put away for Christmas, the Boots K Beauty Skincare Edit is worth £89 and usually retails for £35. For a limited time, shoppers can bag an additional £7 in savings when they use the code BEAUTY20 at checkout, bringing their total to £28.

The box features an array of skincare delights including the Tocobo Coconut Clay Cleansing Oil, which costs £18 on its own via Boots.com, whilst the Purito Mighty Bamboo Cream typically commands full price.

Alternatively, those getting ahead with Christmas shopping and skincare lovers might want to explore the LookFantastic X Beauty of Joseon Rice and Shine Set valued at £50 but priced at £39. Utilising the strength of Korean components, the collection includes three sought-after products plus a compact mirror.

Autumn Warmers Beauty Box – £45, worth £206.65

Delivering even greater reductions and making it an excellent method to maximise savings on stocking stuffers is the Boots Autumn Warmers Beauty Box. Packed with 11 items, it boasts a combined worth of £206.65, yet with its £45 cost, providing customers with £161.65 off the recommended retail price. That calculates to £4.09 per product contained within.

The collection showcases eight full-size items and three travel-suitable options covering skincare, haircare, fragrance and beauty products that provide “moments of indulgence” for any beauty regimen. Customers can anticipate discovering brands such as No7, Wella, NEOM, Sol de Janeiro and others.

The featured Fresh Black Tea Firming Overnight Mask alone is valued at £34 and pledges to maintain skin feeling refreshed despite the seasonal breezes.

Benefit I Spy Beauty Gift Set – £34.50, worth £69.19

Benefit I Spy Beauty Gift Set

Boots’ frequently changing Star Gifts are always a fantastic source of gift inspiration, and the Benefit I Spy Beauty Full Face Gift Set is no different. It’s so sought-after that it previously sold out after being exclusively available at the retailer, but it’s now back in stock at more than half price.

Priced at £34.50 with its contents valued at £69.19, this set includes mini versions of six of the high-end beauty brand’s top-selling products. With mascara, blush, bronzer, primer, lip and cheek stain, and brow setting gel included, it presents an ideal chance for makeup enthusiasts to try these popular items at a reduced cost.

Presented in a vibrant gift box for a Christmas present that’s bound to impress, the gift set offers significant savings with the Benefit website currently selling three minis for £35, meaning Boots customers are effectively getting double the amount of makeup for their money.

This isn’t the only collection that Benefit fans can indulge in as gift sets start to arrive in stock in preparation for the festive season. The brand has launched its Glam Cube Makeup Advent Calendar, which, while not cheap at £135, includes 24 beauty essentials worth over £266.

Osprey London The Classic Collection – £34.50, valued at £70

For the gents, my current top Star Gift set choice is the Osprey London The Classic Collection – a winter warmer and pamper pack that’s as stylish as it is beautifully scented. The star of the set is a stunning checked scarf with tassels, perfect for bundling up in the colder months, along with a matching pair of touch screen gloves.

The set is rounded off with a body wash and aftershave balm featuring fragrance notes of bergamot, vetiver and leather accord. As splendid as the gift set is, there are superior standalone offers when it comes to men’s gifting at Boots, like the BOSS Bottled Night Eau de Toilette 200ml, reduced from £123 to £50.

Boots 24 Day Premium Beauty Advent Calendar – £150, worth £612.50

Beauty advent calendars have become a beloved festive tradition. While some may opt to indulge themselves with a countdown, they also make extravagant gifts and stocking fillers. Priced at £150, Boots’ 24 Day Premium Beauty Advent Calendar contains 25 products spread across 24 days with a total value of £612.50, saving £462.50 overall.

Of the 25 items, 17 are full-sized, with a carefully curated blend of skincare, makeup, fragrance and haircare from some of the industry’s biggest names. Think cult-classics from Elemis, Estee Lauder and MAC, alongside trending powerhouses like Sol de Janeiro and Milk Makeup.

One of the items included, the Drunk Elephant Protini Moisturiser 50ml, is valued at £62 alone, accounting for a significant chunk of the total cost of the calendar. With brands like Nars, Too Faced and Laneige included, it’s easy to see how the value quickly accumulates. Each item in the set works out to be approximately £6 each – perfect for sharing among beauty enthusiasts.

White Fox Vol.1 Tote Bag – £24.50, was £50

My pre-teen niece reliably informs me that White Fox is the ‘it’ brand for 2025, so it’s no surprise that Boots have an exclusive first-of-its-kind gifting range with them. The Vol 1. Tote Bag was priced at £50 but is now £24.50, and includes a puffy tote bag ideal for sleepovers or weekend plans.

Inside the spacious bag, there’s a statement water bottle, a creamy vanilla and sun-kissed peach fragranced hair and body mist, and Clear to Me lip balm.

Finding gifts that are suitable for, yet equally appreciated by, teenagers can be challenging, but White Fox is a great option. The entire range is also on a three-for-two offer, allowing shoppers to create their own White Fox bundle and get the cheapest item free.

No7 Future Renew Regime 5-Piece Gift Set – £55

And finally, for those who’ve put anti-ageing at the top of their Christmas wish list, there’s the No7 Future Renew Regime Set. Within this bundle, customers will discover five skincare essentials designed to tackle signs of skin deterioration within just four weeks.

The centrepiece of the collection is a full-size No7 Future Renew Serum (50ml), which normally costs £47.95 on its own. As part of the offer, it works out at £7.70 – that’s better than a £10 Tuesday deal. As well as the best-selling serum, the set also includes the Future Renew night moisturiser, day moisturiser, eye treatment, and peptide face wash – all for less than customers would usually pay for the serum alone.

The complete collection is developed to tackle fine lines, wrinkles, uneven texture, loss of firmness, and lack of radiance. It’s also part of the three-for-two offer.
