Putin humiliated as Kremlin airforce ‘carpet bombs’ Russian territory | World | News
Russian residents living close to the Ukraine border have accused their own airforce of intensively bombing them, in the latest fiasco involving Vladimir Putin‘s army. Belgorod region has been subjected to continual aerial bombardment by Ukrainian drones and missiles since the launch of the full-scale war in February 2022.
The Ukrainian have targeted oil refineries and military-industrial sites, as they seek to sow panic and chaos in the Kremlin’s army. Believed to have been compiled by Belgorod city emergency department, the document records 38 incidents in the year from April 2023 to April 2024.
The Astra Telegram channel has calculated that Putin’s airforce dropped at least 127 bombs on Russian territory and on the occupied areas of Ukraine, since the beginning of 2025. Last year the channel put the figure at an astonishing 165 bombs,
