Chelsea are reportedly monitoring French starlet Jeremy Jacquet ahead of a potential transfer move. The Blues have already confirmed one major piece of business this month, having ushered in Liam Rosenior to replace the departed Enzo Maresca.

Now it looks as if the BlueCo ownership, who Rosenior worked under at former club Strasbourg, could be prepared to dip their hand in their pocket to sanction a January incoming. And it’s a player who Rosenior would’ve seen up close and personal from his time in the French first tier.
