Easter Sunday opening times for Starbucks, Costa, Greggs

Should you be a Starbucks fan, the likelihood of you being served will depend on where you are in the UK. Some locations, such as those in central London, are open until 9pm – and some are keeping their doors open until 10pm or even 24/7.

That may be handy if you’re commuting to see family and you fancy a pit-stop along the way. Yet, depending on your route, some Starbucks coffee shops are actually closed incredibly early today. Take, for instance, Chatham Railway Station – situated in Kent, South East England – is only open on Easter Sunday (April 5, 2026) until 4pm.

But this hasn’t deviated from its usual opening hours at all, as this particular branch has reduced opening times every Sunday.

Thankfully, customers are able to check out if their nearest Starbucks is open today – and what time till with their handy store locator tool.

As for Costa Coffee, the coffee chain seems to be open for business as per usual – with their store location tool also offering specific opening times for each of its stores.

Caffè Nero is also open today, typically following their usual Sunday opening times.

Greggs posted: “Most Greggs stores across the UK follow regular opening and closing hours, but times can vary depending on location.

“On Sundays, stores usually open later in the morning, around 8AM to 9AM, and close earlier in the evening, typically between 4PM and 5PM.

“Greggs stores often operate on reduced hours during holidays and some branches may close completely on major festive days.”

On Easter Sunday, Greggs noted: “Many stores [are] closed; some petrol station and travel outlets may open with limited hours.” The Greggs Store Finder will reveal “view up-to-date opening hours for your nearest branch”.

Meanwhile, some Prets are running as per usual, while others are closed, but the Shop Finder tool can pinpoint if your local Pret is open.
