Roy Keane’s daughter marries England international in lavish countryside wedding | Football | Sport
Roy Keane‘s daughter Leah has married Southampton defender Taylor Harwood-Bellis in a beautiful countryside ceremony. The newlyweds said their vows on Saturday evening at the idyllic Kin House in Wiltshire, where Manchester United legend Keane proudly walked his 24-year-old daughter down the aisle.
Posting on social media, Leah uploaded a series of photographs and behind-the-scenes clips from her special day, with the caption “Last night as a Keane.” Leah and Taylor have been together for some considerable time, with the one-cap England international proposing off the Italian coast back in 2024.
The pair also have a child together, with Leah giving birth to baby Iris at the beginning of December.
The young defender has previously spoken about having Keane as a father-in-law.
“He’s one of the people, barring my immediate family, who I know for a fact has only my interests in mind,” he said.
“The advice he gives me, I know he’s got my full interests at heart, so he has helped me with decisions.”
Harwood-Bellis is preparing himself for another Championship season with Southampton following the ‘Spygate’ controversy that marred the play-offs.
Southampton were discovered to have conducted surveillance on a Middlesbrough training session prior to their semi-final encounter, and despite securing victory on the field, the Saints were ejected from the play-offs.
Keane was full of praise for his future son-in-law back in 2024, when the defender netted his first England goal during a commanding 5-0 victory over the Republic of Ireland at Wembley.
He said: “It’s good for him to make his debut and he’s a bit of a goal threat. He’s a nice kid and his family have done a really great job. He’s a really nice kid.”
