Look Fantastic beauty box worth £175 is now £36

Beauty boxes have really taken off in recent years, with everyone from Boots to Next launching their own seasonal edits. Whether you’re into makeup, skincare, haircare or looking for a themed collection for holidays or festival season, there’s a box for just about everyone. Best of all, they usually pack in some pretty impressive savings.

Right now, shoppers can save even more on a LookFantastic beauty box thanks to the retailer’s current sale. The New Season Edit had already been praised by shoppers as “really good value” before the discount, but with a further 20% off, it’s an even more tempting buy.

Originally priced at £45, the box is now available for £36.

Inside are seven products from some big-name beauty brands, including Molton Brown, Sol de Janeiro and Rodial. The edit includes four full-size products and three Deluxe-size products (which basically means travel-size, making them ideal for chucking into your carry-on this summer).

Everything comes packaged in a sleek mauve box, making it just as lovely to treat yourself as to gift to someone else. In fact, it’s so chic you could probably get away without wrapping it at all.

In a review, one shopper said: “This made a lovely gift! Would recommend. Nice assortment of items.”

Another person wrote: “This edit is really good value. I’m particularly enjoying the mascara, which I’d been eyeing up anyway. So the fact that it comes with all the other goodies was a major bonus.”

There’s a great mix of products inside, including Sol de Janeiro dewy cream, a Laneige Water Bank Aqua Facial (which is essentially a face wash), Rodial bronzing drops, The Beauty Crop primer, a Molton Brown bath and shower gel, Make Up Forever Volume Artist Mascara and a Virtue Strength and Shield Leave-in Conditioner. It’s a well-rounded selection, with products that should suit a wide range of beauty routines.

One shopper wrote: “Loved the range of products in this edit. The Virtue leave-in conditioner made my frizzy hair soft, the Molten Brown shower gel is quite a masculine but zingy and awakening smell. Rodial drops were a good find, no shimmer at all, but boosted my pale skin to look healthier. Laneige serum good for combination skin. The glass skin primer is good if you have dry skin; go sparingly with oilier types. The rose-scented cream was ok, a little too synthetic-smelling for me. Haven’t tried the mascara yet, but heard good things.”

Another shopper said they shared the products with their teenage daughters.

The beauty box doesn’t actually have many negative reviews, although one shopper said they were “disappointed” that not all of the products were full-size, so that’s worth bearing in mind if you’re expecting every item to be the full-sized version.
