Alcaraz, Sinner or Raducanu – vote in our end-of-season tennis awards | Tennis | Sport
It’s been another exciting tennis season as some top players cemented their stronghold on the sport, while other new faces emerged. For the second year running, Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner split the four Grand Slam titles between them on the men’s side. But there were four different winners in the women’s game – Madison Keys won a long-awaited first Major title while Coco Gauff, Iga Swiatek, and Aryna Sabalenka all added to their trophy cabinets.
Now, it’s time to have your say and vote on the best players and matches of the 2025 season. There have been plenty of memorable moments this year – from Alcaraz and Sinner’s thrilling French Open contest to Amanda Anisimova’s back-to-back Grand Slam finals to Valentin Vacherot’s fairytale in Shanghai.
Novak Djokovic continued to achieve milestones at the age of 38 – he won his 100th and 101st career titles this year and reached the semi-finals of all four Majors. Canadian teenager Victoria Mboko won her home title as a wildcard over the summer. And showman Alexander Bublik decided to lock in after dropping outside of the top 80 in March, lifting four titles and finishing the year ranked at No. 11.
As for the Brits, Julian Cash and Lloyd Glasspool dominated in the doubles game, winning Wimbledon and finishing the year as the No. 1 team. Sonay Kartal enjoyed a statement run at Wimbledon, reaching the second week and making her Centre Court debut. Jack Draper continued climbing up the ranks, winning his biggest title in Indian Wells and peaking at No. 4 in the world, while Emma Raducanu played 50 matches this year – her most in a single season – and almost halved her ranking from No. 56 to No. 29.
You can vote now to crown your ATP, WTA and British players of the year, a breakthrough star, and the best match of 2025, and decide who will come out on top in Express Sport’s end-of-season tennis awards.
