Angry Ginge teases PDC tour card plan to follow his mate Luke Littler | Other | Sport

Angry Ginge has suggested that he is toying with the idea of signing up for Q-School next year – following in mate Luke Littler’s footsteps. The 24-year-old Mancunian is not only a close friend of the two-time world champion, but also a massive fan of darts.

The Twitch streamer turned King of the Jungle was present at Alexandra Palace throughout the 2026 World Championship, supporting the ‘Nuke’ as he retained the title he won a year ago. And now, he has explained that he may decide to test himself at the oche at Q-School next year, just to soak up how it feels to compete on the big stage. He explained: “I might go to Q-School next year, though.

“Not to win, because I know I won’t win. Just to see what it’s like. The more pressure you’re under, the more you get used to it. In darts, your hands are shaking and everything. Darts is mainly about who’s got the biggest bottle.”

Real name Morgan Burtwhistle, Ginge joined fellow influencers Pieface and Bambino Becky for a Sky Sports Walk-On Experience at the Worlds back in December. However, it appears as though Littler has no interest in following Ginge’s lead on I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!

That’s given the gruelling task of eating insects and facing creepy crawlies during Bushtucker Trials. He explained: “I said I would for the right money, but I’ve been watching it now, and no. I just couldn’t.

“No way. Being like, what is it, 23 hours away on the flight, away from home, eating that stuff. Nah. Not good. Not good. I don’t think I could actually do it, especially the first two trials, especially what Aitch had to do. I said to Faith, I’m not doing it ever. No way. There’s no way.”

Instead, it appears as though the 18-year-old is content to stick to what he knows best in landing treble 20s and winning world titles. The ‘Nuke’ successfully defended his PDC World Championship earlier this month with a stunning 7-1 win over Dutch challenger Gian van Veen at Alexandra Palace.

He also sits proudly atop the PDC’s Order of Merit, as he looks to take to Premier League Darts next month alongside the likes of Gerwyn Price, Luke Humphries, Stephen Bunting and Josh Rock.
