Boots website crashes with popular £10 deal
Beauty fans flocked to Boots’ website to check out the latest sale, which launched today, Tuesday, November 12, and was so popular that the website crashed and a queue system was set up. The sale was the health and beauty retailer’s weekly fixture, which sees a selection of products price-dropped to £10 for one day only.
The reason this week’s £10 Tuesday was so popular was partly that it was being named ‘Boots biggest ever £10 Tuesday’, which meant that not only was there a bigger variety of products, but that it also included more premium brands than usual.
Some of the brands included in the offer are No7, Olay, Fenty Beauty and Clinique.
Boots’ Black Friday deals have also proven popular since the retailer launched them. Many shoppers are taking advantage of these in the weeks leading up to the official sales period, plus Christmas shopping is in full flow too.
The Boots £10 Tuesday sale is on for today only, so you’ll have to be quick. One of the highlights of the sale is the No7 Protect & Perfect Intense ADVANCED Serum, a fast-absorbing skincare product that re-energises the skin for a healthy glow, contains multiple ant-ageing ingredients to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
