Derek Chisora is backing himself to bid farewell to boxing by knocking out Deontay Wilder this evening. Nearly 20 years after turning professional, Chisora will hang up his gloves regardless of the outcome in London later tonight. Both fighters have predicted the bout will end in a knockout, with Wilder hoping to recapture the devastating form that saw him dominate the heavyweight division as its most feared fighter.

Chisora, meanwhile, will look to build upon his recent resurgence in form. Earlier on the card, Lauren Price will defend her welterweight world titles on home soil in Wales. The Olympic champion faces Stephanie Pineiro as she seeks to pave the way for more high-profile bouts. Here is everything you need to know about the fight cards in both London and Cardiff…

Derek Chisora: “I remember when I started, people booed me. They didn’t love me back then but afterwards they got to know me and love me. Human beings are just difficult to please and if they don’t know somebody, they hate that person. It happens a lot with me; people don’t know me, but they hate me. When they get to know me, they’re like, ‘Wow, he’s actually a cool guy’. Things change if you just have faith so I knew they would come round eventually. I think they love the way I have pushed on with my career and the way I have dedicated myself to the game.”

Deontay Wilder: “I’m just ready to go. The hardest part is just waiting. I have been telling everybody for a long time I needed to heal, and it took me a long time to heal. Sometimes it takes those times to get to the point. This healing took time; I had to heal physically, mentally and emotionally. I think I have done that and come Saturday night, I will prove that. There have many times I should have cancelled different fights because physically I was not there and mentally, I just wanted to see what I would do.”
