Brazil’s President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva told a crowd that it appeared everyone on board a passenger plane that crashed in the city of Vinhedo was killed. The plane was carrying 58 passengers and four crew members from Cascavel and was headed to the São Paulo-Guarulhos International Airport.
