Clothes ‘dried really quickly’ with £59 ‘small but mighty’ dehumidifie
Amazon’s Spring Deal Days sale is now on, and it’s a great time to shop for homeware and gadgets with generous savings. With many of us still battling with drying laundry indoors and trying to keep homes damp-free, we’ve spotted a sought-after compact dehumidifier on sale, cut from £58.99 to £35.71.
The EasyAcc 1200ml Electric Dehumidifier with Ultra Quiet & Auto Shut Off now has 39% off on the online marketplace, and it’s impressed the site’s shoppers who have awarded it a high rating of 4.3 out of five stars from thousands of reviews. Boasting a quiet sound of less than 35 dB peak, according to its Amazon listing, it also offers an energy-saving design that consumes only 0.79kW after 24 hours of operation.
The item also boasts semiconductor cooling and a powerful suction blower to offer enhanced dehumidification. Ideal for rooms sized between 50 and 320 ft², it has an easy-to-remove water tank that makes it easy to clean.
Users will also benefit from features such as colourful night lights and an automatic turn off feature when the water tank is full. The compact design and handle mean it’s easy to move about the home and can be used in all manner of spaces from kitchens and bedrooms through to cabinets and drawers.
If the EasyAcc dehumidifier doesn’t suit, then elsewhere on the high street, Dunelm is offering its 1L Dehumidifier for £25, and it’s been reviewed over 200 times by mostly happy customers. Over at Lakeland, the retailer’s 1L Compact Dehumidifier is £34.99 and features a 400ml water tank, helping to prevent condensation and damp.
Back to Amazon, and homeowners and renters have left the EasyAcc 1200ml Electric Dehumidifier with rave reviews. One said: “Small but mighty. This works better than the last one I had.
“Pulls a lot of water out of the air. We use it in the bedroom, and it works great.”
Meanwhile, another commented: “Great value for money. Purchased this as I discovered a leak from a water pipe.
“Didn’t know how long it had been leaking but carpet was sodden and wood boxing it in was rotten. Put this out as soon as it was repaired. What a great job it did!
“Left it running for a week and it filled its water tank. Have since used it in the utility room and clothes on an airer dried really quickly. Fantastic product especially when considering the price. Recommended!”
It is worth noting that one reviewer expressed a minor concern over the sound level of the gadget, writing: ” A lot smaller than I expected. I cannot believe how much water it removed in under a week.
“It is in a bedroom, but managing to sleep even though it’s a little noisy. A very good buy.”
However, another commented: “Wow. I cannot believe just how much water this little dehumidifier has collected in just 4 days.
“It’s quiet too – I hardly realise it’s on. I cannot praise this little machine enough.
“The price is good too. Will definitely be getting another. So cheap to run as well. Definitely a win win situation.”
Meanwhile someone else titled a lengthy review ‘compact but very effective.’
