Golf LIVE: McIlroy called out by DeChambeau as LIV star misses Ryder Cup dinner | Golf | Sport

Bryson DeChambeau was forced to miss a Ryder Cup dinner, despite being invited by Team USA captain Keegan Bradley.

Bradley was holding a dinner for prospective members of his team at last week’s Truist Championship and didn’t hesitate to invite members of LIV Golf either.

However, due to travel issues, DeChambeau had to sit it out.

On the invitation, Bradley explained: “We invited Brooks Koepka and Bryson, and they were in there on points, and they played on previous teams.

“It was great to have them there. This Ryder Cup and what comes with this, no one cares about what’s going on in this side [of the] PGA Tour-LIV [dispute]. We’re trying to put the best team together.”
