Golf LIVE: Tiger Woods Masters agreement as McIlroy tee time confirmed | Golf | Sport

The Masters tee times and groupings are out, and Rory McIlroy starts his title defence at just after 3:30pm BST on Thursday. As the reigning champion, he will play alongside the winners of the Players, Cameron Young, and the US Amateur, Mason Howell.

Tradition also dictated that McIlroy host the Champions Dinner on Tuesday night, when green jacket holders from across the years were present. Tiger Woods was the notable absentee for a second consecutive year, with Phil Mickelson also not present; however, Adam Scott, Jordan Spieth and Scottie Scheffler have all spoken about the five-time champion still having a designated seat.
