Mick Fleetwood shares ‘very exciting Fleetwood Mac news’ in new video | Music | Entertainment
Mick Fleetwood, the drummer of Fleetwood Mac, took to Instagram today in a new video for fans.
The 76-year-old was captured holding a vinyl copy of 1977’s Rumours, the band’s most famous album and a record considered one of the greatest of all time.
Rumours was famously written and recorded amid the break-up of the two couples within the band.
Mick’s post read: “Very exciting news to share that Fleetwood Mac’s Rumours was #11 on Apple Music’s 100 Best Albums list!”
Mick said in the video: “Hello everyone out there. I’m happy to learn that Fleetwood Mac’s Rumours album has ranked No 11 on Apple Music’s 100 Best Albums list. It’s unbelievable to know that you still love the band and love the music after all these years. This is something else! And thank you Apple, thank you people out there and boy, keep enjoying the music! Amen.”
