Morrisons has launched its big half-price toy sale, offering More Card customers sizeable savings on a selection of fan-favourites. The event will run until Sunday, October 26, in select Morrisons stores.

Morrisons More Card holders who are quick can enjoy up to £70 off sought-after toys, including big-name brands such as Barbie, LEGO and Mario Kart. David Catton, senior trader of toys at Morrisons, said: “As we count down to the big day, we hope our toy sale will help customers spread the cost of Christmas gift purchasing. Our toy sale has become a key moment in the calendar for families looking to get great value on must-have gifts, including sought-after brands.”

He added: “This year we’re excited to be stocking our shelves even higher with popular sets from the likes of Barbie, LEGO, Hot Wheels and more.”

Some of the deals include the Barbie Sisters Riding Lessons set for £20, down from £40 (50% off), or the Barbie Coffee Shop for £17.50, down from £35 (50% off).

Half-price bargains can also be found on popular family favourites, including the Mario Kart vs. Luigi Track Set (now £25). Additionally, the Hot Wheels Stunt Garage set is now available for £20, down from its original price of £40.

Savings can also be found on top-name brands such as LEGO and viral toy sensation, Squishmallows. The movie blockbuster-inspired LEGO Elphaba and Glinda figures are available to purchase for £37.50, down from £50.

The Morrisons toy sale is available in select stores from September 29, and all stores from October 6, while stocks last until October 26.
