Austrian officials have made a new arrest in connection to the foiled terror plot against Taylor Swift’s “Eras Tour” shows in Vienna. Authorities say the 19-year-old suspect fully confessed he planned to run into the crowd, attack fans and later detonate a bomb. NBC’s Kelly Cobiella reports for TODAY.
