In a surge of new violence, Israel attacked Hezbollah positions in southern Lebanon and Hamas targets in Gaza. Hezbollah fired more rockets into northern Israel in the deadliest attack since the escalation began last month. And the U.S. is preparing to send Israel a sophisticated missile defense system and troops to run it. NBC News’ Matt Bradley reports.
