Putin to be ‘ousted in 2025’ as Russian militants plot violent rebellion | World | News

A warrior who leads an anti-Vladimir Putin militant group has vowed that the Russian President will be ousted from power by the end of 2025.

Maximilian Andronnikov, who calls himself Caesar has said that he will reach Moscow or die.

The 50-year-old is the leader of the Freedom of Russia Legion, a group of rebel Russians that is seeking to depose Putin.

Presently, Andronnikov and his men are fighting in eastern Ukraine against the invaders.

The Institute for the Study of War (ISW) reported on Deceber 27 that Ukrainian forces have recently regained positions near Siversk, and Russian forces recently advanced near Toretsk, Velyka Novosilka, and in the Pokrovsk and Kurakhove directions.

Experts added that North Korean forces are continuing to experience high casualty rates amid recent confirmation of the first captured North Korean soldier in Kursk Oblast.

Now, Andronnikov has told The Sun that he is prepared to “fight to the end” and see Putin fall.

He added that Putin could be toppled quickly, as the Russian army could experience a critical failure of the kind that affected the troops of ousted President Bashar al-Assad in Syria.

Caesar said: “He [Assad] used chemical weapons against his own people 200 times and he’s fallen in 10 days!

“The same situation can be in our country.”

The warrior also claimed that both Ukrainian and Russian forces are “exhausted”, and lack motivated infantry, weapons, and ammunition.

Further, Andronnikov believes that fewer people can be conscripted by Russia, or will volunteer to fight.

This is why, he says, Putin has turned to allies like North Korea for man power. Poor wages and morale will hurt Putin, Caesar believes.

He said: “Our mission now to force them to pay a lot of blood for every inch of our ground.”

Andronnikov added: “It’s a law, it’s an old Russian proverb – Russians are very slow to begin, but are very fast to rise.

“Will it be invasions from territory of Ukraine? Or will it be some coup? Or some rebellion inside Russia? It is just a matter of time, we will see.”
