Russia: Brutal moment Putin troops blown up as they crow how much ‘we like it’ in Ukraine | World | News
Russian soldiers recorded the dramatic moment their truck was hit by a Ukrainian munition, as it returned from a mission to the frontlines. The two men had just delivered ammunition and food to troops fighting at an undisclosed location in Ukraine.
On their return, they drive along a road where they come across the burning remnants of some military vehicles. The vehicles were hit by FPV kamikaze drones, and there appear to be no survivors, as flames and smoke rise from the nightmarish scene. The truck driver’s companion records the events from the cabin, while providing running commentary.
“I am driving with ‘Slush’, he says. “Returning from a mission to carry provisions and mines. Here on the way we came across our colleagues that got burned by an FPV so we too may burn similarly.
“It’s a whole cemetery of burned vehicles everywhere. Also our cable broke, ‘Slush’ is accelerating, changing gears and hitting the gas pedal
“He grabs the (steering) wheel again, no hydraulics, we turn together on sharp corners. In short this is how things are, but it’s alright we like it.”
No sooner are the words out of his mouth, when an explosion rips through the cabin from behind, and the recording goes dead.
Ukraine’s military also uploaded a video to social media, showing its most recent sabotage mission behind enemy lines.
Kyiv’s military intelligence (GUR) teamed up with local partisans to attack a unit of Chechen troops fighting with the Russian army.
Known as “Kadyrovites” after their leader Ramzan Kadyrov, the Chechens from the Akhmat battalion were attacked while selling stolen diesel in the occupied Berdiansk district of Zaporizhzhia region.
Partisans had discovered the shady trade in fuel and planted a number of mines at the rendezvous.
A couple of fuel trucks can be seen parked by the side of a road, with a green military minivan standing near by, as well as some stationary cars.
Suddenly, explosions ring out, and thick smoke rises from the area. HUR claimed two vehicles were hit in the operation.
