Russia sends horror WW3 threat to UK – ‘We will destroy you right away’ | World | News
The UK and its European allies have been issued a chilling threat of World War 3 by one of Vladimir Putin‘s puppets, Vladimir Solovyov, via his Russian state TV show “Sunday Evening With Vladimir Solovyov”, shown on July 20. While one of his guests, so-called military expert Evgeny Buzhinsky, stressed that “Europe is getting ready for war, just like the last century,” the host questioned why Russia should wait.
In a curated clip, translated by Russian Media Monitor and published on YouTube, Mr Solovyov said: “We should strike right now. No need to wait until they get ready, we should destroy them right away”. He then threatened: “If Americans strike the Kalingrad region, what options are there? Two Poseidon [nuclear armed torpedoes] and there will be a Strait named after Comrade Stalin.” Responding to Mr Buzhinsky’s claim that Russia‘s current efforts should send a signal to the US, Mr Solovyov angrily responded: “The time for signals is over. This is the time for strikes.
“They are not reading any of the signals. They did not take our Oreshnik strikes into account,” the host continued. “They’re pretending like nothing happened. They’re convinced that we won’t dare. They’ve made it up that supposedly India and China have told us, ‘Don’t use nuclear weapons, or else. ‘ Or else what?”
Military expert Mr Buzhinsky agreed, stating: “They [Europe and the US] are profoundly wrong and mistaken thinking that our leadership, our president, won’t have the political will to respond with all the might at the disposal of the Russian Federation.”
The show then targeted Norway in particular and the island of Spitsbergen, which, Mr Buzhinsky argued, “for some reason, Norwegians consider it fully theirs.” Spitsbergen is the largest and only permanently populated island of the Svalbard archipelago in northern Norway in the Arctic Ocean. Its administrative centre is Longyearbyen, the world’s northernmost settlement.
“All of them are ready to die for it?” Mr Solovyov then asked. “There aren’t many of them, so it will be quick. No one will even notice that Norwegians are gone.
“It’s a big country with a gigantic population. If they suddenly disappear, people will say, ‘Was anyone here before?'”
The conversation then returned to Germany. Once Germany starts delivering long-range weapons, Mr Buzhinsky said, “we should […] start with sinking a German ship in the Baltic Sea, just as a signal”.
Mr Solovyov went on to say that he had “no pity” for the Ukrainian city of Lviv, adding that “I believe Lviv should be erased off the face of the Earth […] it should be simply destroyed.”
Finally, Henry Sardaryan, Dean of the School of Governance and Politics at MGIMO, said: “We should understand that our adversary and opponent will resort to any steps, it will apparently happen in September or October, using the entire arsenal of their economic and political pressure, not to allow a breakthrough.”
