Sainsbury’s Tu Clothing launches school uniform range from £3

With this in mind, Sainsbury’s clothing brand Tu is unveiling its 2025 school uniform collection, offering great value with skirts starting at just £5, a pack of three shirts for only £4 and polo shirts from just £3. Designed to support children through busy school days and playground adventures, the range combines comfort with resilience. Built to last, the uniforms feature advanced colour-retention technology to keep fabrics bright and fresh, along with permanent pleats and creases that hold their shape wash after wash.

As reported by the Manchester Evening News, the collection includes the Black Bow Detail Skirt starting at £5 for ages three to six, £6 for seven to 10 and £7 for 11 to 12 years. The fashionable school skirt boasts an adjustable waistband, bow detail and permanent pleats engineered to retain their shape all day long.
Another option is the 3 Pack White Unisex Long Sleeve Shirt Generous Fit starting from £4 for three to six, £6 for seven to 10 and £8 for 11 to 12. The shirts require no ironing, and feature long sleeves, a practical chest pocket and complete button fastenings.
Also available are 2 Pack Navy Skinny Fit Trousers with Reinforced Knees and Extendable Hem Longer Leg from £14 for three to six year olds, £18 for seven to 10, £22 for 11 and 12 and £24 for 13 to 16 years. Stain resistant, they boast an adjustable waistband and generously sized pockets.
For pupils who favour a pinafore alternative, the Black Jersey Pinafore with Bow Pocket Detail is on offer from £5 for three to six year olds, £7 for seven to 10 year olds and £9 for 11 and 12. It also comes in grey and features a crew neckline, pockets and bow detailing.

For instance, New Look has a Girls Black Adjustable Waist School Skirt priced at £9.99 in its collection. Available in various sizes, it’s made from comfort stretch fabric with a slim fit and the length sits above-the-knee.
Elsewhere, Next offers a wide range of back-to-school clothing and essentials including White Regular Fit five Pack Short Sleeve School Shirts starting from £20 and Black Regular Waist 2 Pack Pleated School Skirts beginning at £12.
