Tensions between Ukrainian President Zelenskyy and President Trump have increased after Trump took to social media and called Zelenskyy a “dictator.” The USC School of International Relations director, Robert English, spoke with NBC News’ Gadi Schwartz about what this might mean for the relationship between the U.S. and Ukraine.
