Tesco issues major Clubcard update that will affect all customers

Tesco has just dropped a bombshell that’s set to delight savvy shoppers everywhere.

The retail giant has announced a game-changing partnership with easyJet holidays as part of its Tesco Clubcard Reward Partner scheme.

This means Clubcard holders can now convert their shopping points into substantial discounts on items other than food, drink, and streaming subscriptions.

When exchanging vouchers with easyJet holidays, members receive double the value, allowing them to jet off to over 100 destinations across Europe and North Africa at a fraction of the cost.

Beach holidays and urban escapes are included in the offers, so sun-seekers can look forward to spots like Antalya, Majorca, and Tenerife, while city slickers can hit up Amsterdam, Barcelona, Paris, and Rome.

For those itching for something new, easyJet Holidays offers trips to exotic locales such as Cape Verde, Luxor, Dusseldorf, and Tromso.

Tesco Group Loyalty Director Shama Wilson expressed excitement about the collaboration: “We are sure that Clubcard members will be as delighted as we are to have added easyJet holidays to our roster of Clubcard Reward Partners.

“Now, when customers do their weekly shop, they will not only be able to get great savings with their Clubcard, they can also put double the value of their Clubcard Points towards beach holidays and city breaks with one of the leading names in the holiday business.”

Chris Brown, Head of Marketing at easyJet holidays, has expressed enthusiasm about their latest initiative.

He said: “We’re thrilled to announce this partnership with Tesco Clubcard to give customers the opportunity to exchange their points into easyJet holidays credit to put towards sunshine getaways or city adventures to over 100 destinations across Europe and North Africa.”

He continued: “We offer packages to thousands of Europe’s most loved hotels, with availability right the way up to October 2026, giving maximum opportunity to Tesco Clubcard holders to collect and exchange points to put towards a well-deserved getaway,” reports the Liverpool Echo.

To reap the benefits of easyJet holidays, Tesco Clubcard members are advised to set up an easyJet holidays account using the same email associated with their Tesco Clubcard.

Subsequently, they can convert their Tesco Clubcard vouchers into double the value in easyJet holidays credit, accessible in their easyJet holidays account. This credit remains valid for six months.

The easyJet holiday’s reward is a reward that joins 38 other travel, hotel, and holiday deals offered by Tesco Clubcard.

Railcard, APH airport parking, Eurocamp, and Hotels.com already exist in the rewards scheme, in addition to Virgin Atlantic Flyring Club, Hoseasons and RAC Breakdown Cover.
