Your new favourite F1 podcast with paddock insights is finally here | F1 | Sport
There’s so much to Torque about in this new era for Formula 1. Luckily, we’ve got you covered with our brand new podcast, Pit Lane Torque, which has arrived just in time for the start of the 2026 season across audio and video platforms.
Throughout the season ahead, co-hosts Richard Garnett and Abby Nicholson will be in the studio with our senior Formula 1 correspondent Daniel Moxon trying to make sense of the sport in 2026.
So much is changing this year – from new cars and engines to the addition of an 11th team, 22 drivers on the grid now including rookie Arvid Lindblad, a new street track in Madrid taking over the Spanish Grand Prix moniker and so much more. It’ll be tough to keep on top of it all, and that’s where we come in.
Pit Lane Torque is co-hosted by Richard Garnett, who has plenty of experience at the helm of successful podcasts in the sports space, and Abby Nicholson, a vastly experienced journalist and content editor who is our resident F1 superfan. Our trio is completed by Daniel Moxon, our FIA-accredited senior F1 correspondent who will be using his wealth of contacts to keep us up to date with all the latest paddock gossip.
With a new episode out every Monday afternoon, we’ll be your one-stop shop for all the reaction after every race weekend. And as no-one knows what to expect in this new era of F1, we’ll be learning together with fans and sharing that experience with listeners and viewers as the season progresses.
F1 is at its best when it doesn’t take itself too seriously, and we’ve adopted the same approach for our show. Yes, we’ll be covering all the major stories with detail but none of us are engineers – there won’t be too much technical talk – and there’ll also be plenty of fun had along the way.
The season preview episode is live now on our YouTube channel and on Spotify for those who prefer an audio-only experience. Don’t forget to subscribe to make sure you don’t miss an episode! We’ll also be sharing episodes in our free Pit Lane Chronicle newsletter, which is sent out directly to thousands of subscribers every Wednesday.
We can’t wait for you to join us on this new adventure!
