Donald Trump has taken a huge swipe at Barack Obama and Joe Biden, claiming he has “aced” all three cognitive exams taken during his presidency, something that has “rarely been done before”.
Fears have been voiced by many over recent months over Trump’s health, something the US president has looked to consistently shoot down. Now, he has taken to Truth Social to take a huge swipe at two of his predecessors, claiming anyone running for the White House should be “forced” to take a cognitive test before entering the election race. Mr Trump went onto claim he had taken the exam three times during his terms as president, and had come through all three with flying colours. He wrote on Truth Social: “Anybody running for President or Vice President should be forced to take a Cognitive Examination prior to entering the Race! By doing so, we wouldn’t be surprised at people like Barack ‘Hussein’ Obama, or Sleepy Joe Biden, getting ‘ELECTED.’ Our Country would be a much better place!
“I took the Exam three times during my (‘THREE!’) Terms as President, and ACED IT ALL THREE TIMES — An Achievement that, even on a single Exam, according to the Doctors, has rarely been done before! President DONALD J. TRUMP.”
Last year, the US President insisted he was in perfect mental and physical health, stating that he had undergone a “perfect physical exam” along with a comprehensive cognitive assessment.
He wrote on Truth Social at the time: “There will be a day when I run low on Energy, it happens to everyone, but with a PERFECT PHYSICAL EXAM AND A COMPREHENSIVE COGNITIVE TEST (‘That was aced’) JUST RECENTLY TAKEN, it certainly is not now! GOD BLESS AMERICA & MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!”
However, fears about Trump’s declining health have been circulating for quite some time now. In many events, the US President has been seen dozzing off with social media users questioning his health.
Last month, Ty Cobb, an attorney who served as White House counsel during Donald Trump‘s first term, said the US President’s cognitive decline has “accelerated”, claiming he’s now shows signs of dementia.
He said: “His vocabulary has shrunk, he’s resorted to profanity and threats, totally impulsive – suggestive of the absence of any frontal lobe controls. He doesn’t understand this at all, any more than Joe Biden had difficulty getting off stage and finding the exit.”
White House spokesperson Davis Ingle furiously hit back at the comments, raging: “Ty Cobb should immediately seek psychiatric help to treat his severe case of Trump Derangement Syndrome, and he should also shave that caterpillar off his face.
“President Trump’s sharpness, unmatched energy, and historic accessibility stand in stark contrast to what we saw during the last administration when Democrats and other lunatics intentionally covered up Joe Biden’s serious mental and physical decline from the American people.”
