The 2025/26 EFL season reaches its climax this weekend as six clubs battle it out for promotion. Across the Bank Holiday weekend, the remaining sides from the Championship, League One and League Two will go head-to-head at Wembley Stadium in their respective EFL play-off finals.
In the Championship, Hull and Southampton secured second-leg victories to claim their spots in the final, however the Spygate scandal has resulted in the Saints being expelled from the play-offs. As a result, Middlesbrough will now face Hull at Wembley for a coveted place in the Premier League.
League One sides Bolton and Stockport kept clean sheets across both semi-final legs as they advanced to the final round, while League Two’s Salford and Notts County scraped through with narrow wins. Last-minute tickets are still available for each play-off final, but for those preferring to watch at home, all three games will be broadcast live on one TV channel.
Here’s how to watch every 2025/26 EFL play-off final.
When are the EFL play-off finals?

How to watch the EFL play-off finals
All three EFL play-off finals spanning the Championship, League One and League Two will be shown live on Sky Sports. The broadcaster has announced it will screen the Championship and League One final on both Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Football, while the League Two final will appear exclusively on Sky Sports Football.
These channels are accessible through Sky TV packages such as the £44 Ultimate TV and Sky Sports bundle, which delivers comprehensive Sky Sports coverage across nine dedicated channels. The package also includes over 135 channels alongside complimentary subscriptions to Netflix, HBO Max and Disney+.
One condition is that customers must sign up to a 24-month contract to access this offer, though this ensures subscribers will receive more than 1,000 EFL and Premier League fixtures throughout the 2026/27 and 2027/28 campaigns. Those holding an existing Sky package can incorporate Sky Sports channels from £20 monthly.
It is important to note that Sky indicates its prices ‘may change’ during the minimum contract term.
How to secure last-minute EFL play-off final tickets
While each club managed their own ticket allocation for the EFL play-off finals, supporters can still purchase official match tickets through an alternative official channel.Tickets for the Championship, League One and League Two finals are still available by booking a VIP and hospitality package through Seat Unique.
While prices can vary from day to day, they are generally higher than standard match tickets, though they do come with added perks such as ‘premium’ seating and complimentary food and drink with selected packages. Tickets for the Championship play-off final currently start at £199 per person, with the League One play-off final starting at £125 per person.
League Two play-off final tickets are the most affordable option, starting at £75 per person. Supporters can opt for individual tickets or a private box, with certain packages also including access to exclusive hospitality areas, complimentary matchday programmes and a dedicated host service.
It is worth noting, however, that some packages grant access to neutral sections at Wembley, meaning supporters of opposing sides may also be present. Separately, Wembley Stadium itself offers a variety of hospitality packages with comparable benefits, though a number of these have already sold out.
