An orangutan was seen using a canopy bridge to cross a public road in Indonesia for the first time, according to the Sumatran Orangutan Society. The bridge was built two years ago to help orangutans cross the Lagan-Pagindar road, which created a physical barrier that put them at risk of inbreeding and eventually extinction.
