Tesco has announced a £5.50 “major upgrade” for Clubcard holders as the famous meal deal is getting a revamp.
The supermarket has revealed it is introducing a trial of new hot breakfast and lunch options in the deal.
The trial will start across 39 stores in the UK, with customers able to purchase hot breakfast or lunch items for £5.50 with a Clubcard.
The items will include sausage rolls, croissants, and paninis.
As per the current meal deal, shoppers will be able to pair their hot meals with sides including fruit pots and crisps and a drink.
The chain also announced that it is introducing new chilled breakfast-to-go items across larger stores.
